莊園入住時間為下午3：00，退房時間為中午11：30。

為確保房客的住宿品質，訪客請於晚間9點以前離開莊園，若逾時則視同住宿收費。

每間房間為了保持住宿品質，每間房間依房型限定入住人數；若超過每間房間限定入住人數皆需再另加開房間。

120公分及8歲（含）以下不佔床僅收餐飲活動費每人＄600 (不包括洗澡備品，及棉被) 。

120公分以上及8歲以上佔床視同大人收費每人＄1600 (不包括洗澡備品，及棉被) 。

因應房客住宿品質，每間房間依房型限定入住人數；若超過每間房間限定入住人數皆需再另加開房間，孩童身高140公分以上及即含140 公分為視為佔床人數。

請勿攜帶任何寵物 入住 及本館全面禁菸。

客房內設有有線、無線寬頻網路，免費無限上網(須自備電腦)；網路連接線需至櫃台索取。

房間內部除了本店所提供茶飲(礦泉水)唯招待貴賓，其他為本店之所有財產 ；若有需要可詢問櫃台服務人員購買，請勿自行帶走。

早餐開放時間 07:00-09:00，下午茶開放時間 15:00-17:00 ，晚餐開放時間 18:00- 20:00

本莊園提供服務項目如游泳池及蒸氣室，請自行攜帶泳具及泳裝。(孩童游泳時及使用蒸氣室，需家長陪同) 。

退房時請繳交給櫃檯同仁，如有遺失房卡，遺失卡片收費為一張房卡 $500 新台幣 。

請勿攜帶任何寵物入住 (若有攜帶寵物將酌收消毒清潔費$10000元，不便處請見諒)及本館全面禁菸(依<菸害防制法>民宿全面禁止吸菸，如於房間內吸菸，將向吸菸房酌收房費兩晚(依官網定價)，讓房間淨空兩天做除味工程。
