Cancellation Policy & Accommodations regulation
※ To preserve your rights, please carefully read the following terms. Booking the room via our website will be regarded as agreeing with the policy listed below.
。30% of the total amount deposit will be charged for your booking guarantee.

No room charge for under age 3.
Pets are forbidden in our hotel for environmental accommodation quality. Guide dogs are exceptional.

※ We provide luggage storage service if you arrive earlier than the standard Check In time.
Please do inform us for any alterations or delays on your schedule for the convenience of room arrangement.
Smoking, gambling and alcohol are also restricted within our hotel area.
Please maintain quiet during night hours.
All personal valuables should be charged carefully by guests themselves. Hotel is not responsible for lost belongings compensation under any circumstances.
Visitors are only restrained in public area or within limited visiting time followed by hotel’s stipulation.
Negligence on hotel property damage should be compensated the full cost of payment.
300NTD up /per hour for late checkout.
Cash and all major credit cards are acceptable for payment.
If the recorded check in date, room type, room numbers, guest name...etc on the confirmation letter are not in accordance with clients’ requirements, Ours Hotel preserves the right of agreement with related modification.
※No cancellation fees will be charged if cancellations are made 14 days prior to your stay.
※ 30% of the deposit will be charged if cancellations are made 10 to 13 days prior to your stay.
※ 50% of the deposit will be charged if cancellations are made 7 to 9 days prior to your stay.
※ 60% of the deposit will be charged if cancellations are made 4 to 6 days prior to your stay.
※70% of the deposit will be charged if cancellations are made 2 to 3 days prior to your stay.
※80% of the deposit will be charged if cancellations are made 1 day prior to your stay.
※All deposit will be charged if cancellations are made on the day of your stay or without prior notice.
您預定入住的日期，如因飯店所在地或旅客出發地可能 受颱風影響，在陸上颱風警報發佈之前，您若提出取消，將依網路上之公告及本飯店住房取消 規定處理；在陸上颱風警報發佈後，請於原訂入住起三日 (含當日) 內，以e-mail、傳真或電 話與客服員連絡，本飯店將盡速與您確認更改或取消您的訂房紀錄。
If the hotel or the place of your departure is affected by typhoon(s) or any other major natural disasters, your request for cancellation will be processed pursuant to our online announcements and our cancellation policy provided you do so before the government issues the inland emergency alert. However, in the event of or as a consequence of the issuance of such alert, you may contact us within 3 days before your check-in date (inclusive) through e-mail, fax, or phone, and we will process your modification and cancellation per your request.
The reservation series number must be obtained to ensure your booking confirmation.
