【Accommodation description】

Please remit 30% of the price ( long weekend remit 50% of the price) for the suite as advance deposit  within 2 days after booking or the suite reservation will be canceled without notice.

You may pay the remaining balance onsite via cash

2-people and 4-people suites are arranged based on availability. If you have special needs, please note the suite number in the "Other Needs" field.

【Rule】

1.Pets are not allowed in the park/suite, and the homestay is entitled to require the violators to check-out and confiscate the accommodation payment already made.

2.Please lower the sound levels after 10 PM! If a guest has degraded the quality of leisure vacation for others and refused to stop after repeated consultation, the homestay is entitled to require the guest to check-out and confiscate the accommodation payment already made.

3.Playing mahjong, gambling, firecrackers, and other loud activities that may affect other tenants are banned in the homestay.

4.During the Spring Festival period: the request to refund or reserve the deposit will be denied due to traffic control because of the heavy snow at Hehuanshan or Dayuling.

5.Mountain climates are fickle, so please think twice before booking. Cancellation due to rain is attributed to personal factors and will be denied (we also will not accept suite cancellation or postponement due to Provincial Highway 8 traffic jams, so please consider carefully before booking).

6.NT$800 is charged for one additional person over the suite's capacity (each suite is limited to one extra person), a person over 110 cm tall is regarded as an adult and will be charged as an extra person. NT$800 include (8 cm - 10 cm cushion on the wooden floor, blanket, pillow, toiletries, & breakfast). Extra cushion request must be made in advance or may be denied. The cost for the extra cushion from the 1st day to the 4th day of the Lunar New Year is NT$800 per day.

7.The check-out time is 11 AM, and an additional NT$500 is charged for each hour of delay. If the delay is over four hours, the cost of the suite for one day will be charged.

8.Should typhoon, earthquake, or other force majeure factors occur at the day of accommodation; the Central Meteorological Bureau of Nantou County must issue an inland typhoon warning and suspend school classes in order for the homestay to refund your deposit or reserve your suite for later. Please call the booking service staff for confirmation or the refund or cancellation will be denied.

9.If you have already remitted payment but cannot reach the homestay before 5 PM, please notify the service counter and we can reserve the suite until 10 PM. Please do not check-in after 10 PM. The suite will not be reserved without a telephone notification.

10.The check-in time is 3 PM and the check-out time is 11 AM. Breakfast time is from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

11.Grilling or cooking is strictly banned in the homestay park. Please forgive us for any inconveniences.

【Manual Cancelation Policy】

  1. 100% of the paid deposit will be returned for cancelation in 14 days before the check-in date.
 
  2. 70% of the paid deposit will be returned for cancelation in 10-13 days before the check-in date.
 
  3. 50% of the paid deposit will be returned for cancelation in 7-9 days before the check-in date.
 
  4. 40% of the paid deposit will be returned for cancelation in 4-6 days before the check-in date.
 
  5. 30% of the paid deposit will be returned for cancelation in 2-3 days before the check-in date.
 
  6. 20% of the paid deposit will be returned for cancelation in 1 day before the check-in date.
 
  PS.  In case of cancellation on the scheduled check-in/arrival or non-arrival or no-show, the Hotel holds the right to charge the individuals for the entire deposit as a cancellation fee..
